Change & Save Water Conservation Program Serves More Than 300 Families During COVID-19 Shutdown

CARSON, Calif. – In February, West Basin Municipal Water District launched Change & Save, a water conservation program designed to assist communities in West Basin’s service area that have historically lower participation rates in water conservation programs. To date, the Change & Save program has served more than 300 households in Inglewood, Hawthorne, Lawndale, Gardena, Carson, and Lennox. Download Press Release
