Eligible residents in the West Basin Municipal Water District service area can now apply for water-saving incentives worth up to $27,000 through the District’s new Grass Replacement+ program. Grass Replacement+ offers $5 for every square foot of lawn removed, up to $25,000 total. Other incentives available for a limited time include a free drought-resistant tree and free custom landscape design (an additional value of up to $2,000).
