At the regular meeting of the West Basin Municipal Water District board of directors today, the board elected the following four Board officers: President Donald L. Dear; Vice President Scott Houston; Treasurer Desi Alvarez; and Secretary Gloria D. Gray. In addition, Harold C. Williams, MSCE, P.E. was named immediate past president.
