West Basin offers free water education for the community including tours, water education classes and a speakers bureau. Learn about the challenges of reliable water and what West Basin is doing to meet future needs. See below for more details and 2016 dates.

El Segundo, CA 90245
Time: Programs begin promptly at 9:00am and last approx. 1.5 hours.

Tour participants must be at least 7 years of age and all participants must wear flat, closed-toe shoes for safety purposes. Free parking is available in front lot.
Bring a pair of gently used or new shoes to any of our classes and tours and receive a free conservation item. Your donation will help bring clean water to communities in need. Limit one per person.
Learn about the water purification process and visit the only facility in the world that produces 5 “designer” waters out of wastewater.
Learn how West Basin is conducting responsible ocean water desalination to diversify its water supply portfolio, while protecting the marine ecosystem.
If you would like to schedule a group outside of the public tours and have a large group of at least 10 people and no more than 30, you will need to schedule a special tour, possibly on a weekday. To do so, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a message on our tour hotline.
